Agri-Energy's mission.

Who we are

Developing sustainable agricultural supply chains in Africa for non-food vegetable oil production

Agri-Energy is an agricultural and technical company founded by Eni Natural Energies and B.F. Spa Group, Italy’s largest agri-industrial enterprise.

Our mission is to support Eni in developing dedicated agricultural supply chains for non- food oilseed crops, from which vegetable oil is extracted and used in the production of HVO ( Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), an advanced low-emission fuel.

We operate primarily in African countries, including Congo, Mozambique, Angola, Rwanda, Côte d’Ivoire, and Kenya, contributing to the sustainable development of agricultural areas selected by Eni.

What we do

Agri-Energy provides specialized services in the agricultural and first transformation phases of the HVO value chain:

Large-scale agricultural mechanization

Operational management of vast land areas using advanced machinery.

Cultivation of non-food oilseed crops

Agricultural development of selected oilseed varieties, in collaboration with Eni.

Training and knowledge transfer

Master classes and field training programs for agricultural technicians in target regions.
